Pathways is a nonprofit 501c3 that is focused on charity through education. We provide scholarship opportunities to motivated individuals who choose to pursue their careers via trade schools. We at Pathways believe that the solid foundation of any society is built by those who build it. 

The skilled trades are the backbone of every functioning society — literally building and maintaining the infrastructure that everyone else depends on — yet they’ve been undervalued and under-promoted for far too long. Focusing scholarship support on motivated students who want to become electricians, plumbers, welders, HVAC techs, machinists, carpenters, heavy-equipment operators, etc. is one of the highest-leverage things a nonprofit can do right now.

Pathways is led by a team who has over 50 years combined experience in the skilled trades. 

We see the future of America rooted in its ability of future generations to carry on the necessary skilled trades to keep the innovations and other critically needed infrastructure leading into the future.
